The Sika Shop is a B2B store for Sika customers to order online.
To get access to the Sika Shop, please send an email to [email protected].
With the access data you have received by e-mail, you can log in to the Sika Shop via the yellow button.
You can read through the currently valid version of the Sika terms and conditions on the final checkout page.
Under the tab Products you will find products and accessories from the Sika range. With the search function you can search for products by product name, article number or within a product category. You can also filter by category, colour and packaging.
Clicking on a product will take you to the product page where you can:
- See the general description of the product
- Download material safety data sheet
- Download product data sheet
- Add the product to your wishlist
- See the minimum order quantity
- View the stock
Yes, you can add your desired products to a wishlist by clicking on the star next to the product. This wishlist will be displayed in your customer account in the upper right corner next to the shopping cart.
When you have placed the products in your shopping cart, please complete the following steps:
- Click on the button ‘’Proceed to checkout‘’.
- You will find an overview of the shopping cart and delivery.
- Select your order address.
- Select your delivery address or enter a new delivery address.
- Select Shipping Conditions and Freight Terms.
- Enter your Purchase order number.
- Enter your desired delivery date.
- Click on ‘’Update shopping cart‘’. Note that without a delivery date you will not be able to complete your purchase.
- Verify the summary of your order.
- Click on ‘’Checkout‘’ to complete your purchase.
- Add any comments such as SPQ or special note.
- You will get an overview of the total costs and the total weight of the order. Note that any freight charges will be shown separately on the order confirmation provided by customer service.
- Accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sika Canada Inc.
- Click on ‘’Place order’’.
- You will receive the B2B eshop order confirmation by e-mail shortly.
- Customer service Center will contact you with an order & delivery confirmation.
Please note that a minimum order value of CA$1000 before taxes and freight is required for any purchase in the Sika E-Shop.

After checking the order as well as the delivery dates, you will receive an order confirmation promptly . During working hours (Mon-Fri 8:00-16:00) the transmission usually takes place within a few hours after the order.
You will receive your invoice as usual (by mail or e-mail).

If the status shows ‘’completely processed‘’, then your entire order has been shipped.

You can select a desired delivery day as part of the online order.
Usually we can ship your order in 1-2 business days. In case of a longer delivery time (e.g. item is not in stock) you will be informed via order confirmation.
Your existing payment agreement (prepayment or invoice) also applies to orders in the Sika eShop.
