General

The Sika Shop is a B2B store. Registration is only possible for commercial customers. Please use the following link.

To get access to the Sika Shop, please fill out the registration form. Sika will send you the access data promptly by e-mail. Since this is a B2B store for commercial customers, we need up to one business day to check the order authorization.

With the access data you have received by e-mail, you can log in to the Sika Shop via the yellow button.

The Sika E-Shop is exclusively accessible to commercial customers who can prove their business license. Either we have already served you as a customer in the past, or you have electronically transmitted your business license to us as a new customer. As a private customer, you are welcome to purchase Sika products directly from your local building supply store. If you are of the opinion that we have not processed your registration without authorization, please contact us.

Order / Products

Under the tab Products you will find products and accessories from the Sika range. With the search function you can search for products by product name, article number or within a product category. You can also filter by category, colour and packaging.

Clicking on a product will take you to the product page.

  4. enter the desired quantity and add the product to the cart.
  5. you can also add products to your watch list.

Yes, you can add your desired products to a watch list by clicking on the star next to the product. This watchlist will be displayed in your customer account in the upper right corner next to the shopping cart.

When you have placed the products in your shopping cart, click on the button "Proceed to checkout". Here you will find an overview of the shopping cart and delivery.
Here you can select your order address.

You have the option to change your delivery address.
Here you can select options for delivery.
Please enter your desired delivery date here and click on "Update shopping cart". Without a delivery date you will not be able to complete your purchase.
Here you will find the summary of your order.
Click on "Checkout" to complete your purchase. Now you will get an overview of the total costs and the total weight of the order. Note that any different freight charges will be shown separately on the order confirmation.
You will receive the order confirmation by e-mail shortly.
In a further step, you will be given the opportunity to check the order.
Accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sika Canada Inc. and click on "Order now with costs" , to complete the process. "

Please note that a minimum order value of CA$1000 before taxes and freight is required for any purchase in the Sika E-Shop.

For any subsequent change to your already placed order, please contact our customer service center directly at [email protected] as soon as possible. You can also reach our Customer Service by phone.

After checking the order as well as the delivery dates, you will receive an order confirmation promptly . During working hours (Mon-Fri 8:00-16:00) the transmission usually takes place within a few hours after the order.

You will receive your invoice as usual (by mail or e-mail). You can conveniently switch to invoice via e-mail when registering in the Sika E-Shop.

If the status completely processed is stored at https://ca.shop.sika.com/my-account/orders, then your entire order has been shipped.

You can store a desired delivery day as part of the online order.

Usually we can ship your order in 1-2 business days. In case of a longer delivery time (e.g. item is not in stock) you will be informed via order confirmation.

Invoice

Your existing payment agreement (prepayment or invoice) also applies to orders in the Sika eShop.
